Revenue Cycle Optimization

The Revenue Cycle Optimization workstream focuses on creating a seamless link between patient care and financial health. By redesigning front-end processes like authorization and registration, organizations can prevent denials before they happen rather than chasing them after the fact. This integrated approach emphasizes Net Collection Rate improvement and A/R visibility, ensuring that healthcare providers maintain the cash flow necessary to reinvest in their facilities and staff.
